How do I place an order?

If you still have any questions after watching the video you can always reach out to us. 

Can I order cheese and non-frozen meats?

Yes. We offer these items for pick-up and local delivery. In addition, we also ship them within Ontario and Quebec, for an extra charge of $14.99 with our “Cooled Shipping” option.

Can I order frozen items?

Frozen items can be ordered online for pick-up or local delivery ONLY.

Because we cannot guarantee the quality of the frozen items during shipping we do NOT offer this option.

What pick up locations are available?

We offer pick up at the following locations: 

Ottawa (1400 Clyde Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario)

Renfrew (140 Tinswood Road, Renfrew, Ontario)

Montréal (85 Sainte-Anne Street, Montreal, Quebec) 

Can I change my delivery/shipping address?

If you want to change a delivery or shipping address after placing the order, please contact the store at 613-226-1002 and notify the staff of your changes.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs in Canada are $19.99.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99 CAD/USD.

If you order any products that require “Cooled shipping” (offered in Ontario and Quebec), there will be a charge of $14.99 added to the checkout. This is not related to the total value of the order.

How long will it take to ship my order?

The shipping service we use offers shipping in 2-6 days for the basic shipping option. This is also the option we use for free shipping North-America wide.

Orders with “Cooled shipping” will automatically be upgraded to a faster option (2-4 days).

How long will it take before items get shipped out?

Usually, we ship the next day after receiving the order.

This can change depending on day of the week and/or time of day. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Canada Post for all our shipping.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer local deliveries every Thursday within the City of Ottawa boundaries.

Specific times can not be guaranteed because of multiple factors that can change these. 

What is the return policy?

We allow returns on non-perishable items, within 30 days, for a full refund on the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All perishable items are final sale.
