Yes. We offer these items for pick-up and local delivery. We ship cheese North America Wide.

Frozen and other perishable items will only be shipped at own risk. Please call us if you want this.

Frozen items can be ordered online for pick-up or local delivery ONLY.

Because we cannot guarantee the quality of the frozen items during shipping we do NOT offer this option.

We are willing to ship frozen items at own risk.

We offer pick up at the following locations: 

Ottawa (1400 Clyde Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario)

Montréal (85 Sainte-Anne Street, Montreal, Quebec) 

If you want to change a delivery or shipping address after placing the order, please contact the store at 613-226-1002 and notify the staff of your changes.

Shipping costs in Canada are $19.99.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99 CAD/USD.

For express services, please call us.

The shipping service we use offers shipping in 1-6 days for the basic shipping option. This is also the option we use for free shipping North-America wide. Please note that in some areas it takes longer.

Usually, we ship the same or next day after receiving the order.

This can change depending on day of the week and/or time of day. 

We use Canada Post, UPS, Puralator, FedEx, Canpar for all our shipping.

Yes, we offer local deliveries within the City of Ottawa boundaries. Please select local delivery at checkout.

We allow returns on non-perishable items, within 30 days, for a full refund on the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All perishable items are final sale.

Please contact us by email and give us a detailed description of the items you want to return and the reason for the return.
