What You Need
- 1 packet Honig Chicken Soup Mix (53g)
- 200g chicken breast, diced
- 1 large leek, sliced
- 1.5 L cold water
How to Prepare
Add the contents of the package into a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to a boil while whisking.
Once the soup is cooking, add your diced chicken breast and sliced leeks. Put the lid on the pan slightly tilted and let it simmer for 10 minutes with occasional stirring before serving up a warm, satisfying bowl.
