A truly exceptional cheese, characterized by its distinctive caramel-washed rind and intricate engraving. This Gouda hails from the Twente region in the eastern Netherlands. The paste exudes a rich orange color, thanks to the addition of annatto, and offers a smooth, creamy texture complemented by hints of caramel and a moderate saltiness. The cheese is lovingly encased in brown wax.
